The LMIS is the Gauteng College of Nursing's system of record for the full learner lifecycle: admissions, registration, academic delivery, clinical placement, finance and certification. It is administered on behalf of the College by the Gauteng Department of Health and is used by admissions, academic, clinical and finance staff alongside registered students.

The platform brings a single, role-based record for each learner from application through to certification and graduation, so decisions made across admissions, academic and financial teams are working from the same information.
